You are not special!

"This might work in other businesses, but hey this is a Bank!" or "hey this is a Hospital" or "hey this is a Food distributor" or "hey this is a <what ever>". This is a remark we have met over and over again as an explanation not being able adapt a better way of working or in the worst case, make no change at all.

The reality is, almost every business have the same prerequisites: a work force based on knowledge workers, a lot of software to support them and customers who might need their services. Another reality is, dedicated thought leaders have together with many successful organisations, school and other communities developed well proven framworks....
