I happen to see a job posting for a Senior Agile Coach. Among the required experience/skills were:
Solid personal experience of being a manager yourself
Ability to concretize and build models in Powerpoint
College/university degree in IT/systems science
SAFE Certification
Documented managerial experience (at least 6-8 years) in a larger organization with more than 1.500 employees
Documented experience of change management (at least 3-4 years) by both managers and employees in an organization with more than 1.500 employees
Experience in conducting work meetings and running workshop formats virtually, with participants at a distance
Excellent ability to document and visualize workflows and agree on working methods
