Everyone want to feel secure when preparing larger investments. The prevailing and intuitive path is to have experts analyze and estimate the efforts. Most experts put their time in understanding the solution: what risks are there, what are the gaps to current solution, what technical alternatives should we select and who have the necessary skills.

I have enfesiced the part for evaluation as an increasing opportunity more data more accurate than initial with less data coming from real delervies you will be able to do with smaller batches. Fewer parameters make evaluation much more specific compared with large initiatives with many parameters working in combination.
