I happen to see a job posting for a Senior Agile Coach. Among the required experience/skills were:

  • Solid personal experience of being a manager yourself

  • Ability to concretize and build models in Powerpoint

  • College/university degree in IT/systems science

  • SAFE Certification

  • Documented managerial experience (at least 6-8 years) in a larger organization with more than 1.500 employees

  • Documented experience of change management (at least 3-4 years) by both managers and employees in an organization with more than 1.500 employees

  • Experience in conducting work meetings and running workshop formats virtually, with participants at a distance

  • Excellent ability to document and visualize workflows and agree on working methods
